We need an Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure our logistics clients are getting results. You will be the main point of contact for 10-15 clients and work with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of logistics clients
Conduct weekly check-ins and monthly performance reviews
Coordinate with SEO, design, and content teams on client deliverables
Identify upsell opportunities and present new services to clients
Gather testimonials and case study material from successful engagements
Requirements
3+ years of account management experience
Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain is strongly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand and explain marketing analytics
Project management experience with tools like Asana or Monday.com
